Gٌُenerators Synchronization for Maridive
Usually the oil wells production is sized by
the daily rate, which is very effective of power interruption as it will
affect the annual production and turn over. So it is highly recommended to minimize
(prevent) the power shutdown for any well pump.
At Petrogulf Misr there are 9 wells that are
fed through a synchronization panel. This panel is installed on (REALM1) a Jack up barge
belongs to Maridive Offshore Projects (MOP). They asked us to add a new two
generators 1610KVA, 60Hz, 480VAC instead of the old ones.
As we know the importance of the power continuity
foe the production rates, we did it without any shut down which needs very high
attention and profissionality (Al_Hamdu LELLAH)
The two generators are Cummins, circuit
breakers are Schneider, and synchronizing modules are Deep-sea. Thanks to our
helpful client representatives who facilitate our trip that extended to 10 days
because of the weather and transportation at sea while it was planned to be 3
